Since 2020, I have served as an Account Manager for the Whittley Agency, LLC’s multi-cultural hair care client, Mielle Organics. As the Account Manager for Mielle Organics, I am responsible for developing and managing the day to day public relations and communications strategy for external, internal and executive communications initiatives. My works with Mielle have included communications and strategy for the brand on the current #MoreThanAStrand campaign, project management of major partnerships in collaboration with Netflix’s Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey, Roc Nation, the U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardon’s Office, and speaking engagements with the UPS Foundation, Create & Cultivate and more. St. Jude Children’s Hospital’s Love Music Stop Cancer Campaign

As a freelance project manager for The Garner Circle, LLC, I scouted talent and managed logistics for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's 2021 Love Music Stop Cancer campaign photoshoot, based in Atlanta, GA. My responsibilities included coordinating communications between 25+ participants and talent representatives and negotiating budget logistics for the venue, glam services and concierge COVID-19 testing for the duration of the event.

As a freelance account executive for The Garner Circle, LLC, I managed weekly client communications, influencer outreach and engagement, intern development, and reporting for the multicultural division of St. Jude. My skills were utilized to manage the needs of St. Jude's 2021 We Won't Stop Campaign.

The Icon Agency is a public relations and communications partnership based in Atlanta, GA. As their principal publicist, I garnered brand awareness and press on behalf of Oak Atlanta Nightclub owner, Korey Felder. As a result, his story on the effects of COVID-19 on the entertainment business and Korey’s position on Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ Atlanta Advisory Council to safely reopen post COVID-19 was featured in the grio, CBS46, WSB-TV Channel 2 and more.

The Icon Agency is an Atlanta-based public relations and communications partnership based in Atlanta, GA. In addition to acting as the agency’s principal publicist, I was commissioned as the creative director and designer for the brand. This project involved creating the agency’s official  brand suite, including the official Icon Agency Logo, Business Cards, and Powerpoint templates.

Kellen Company is a global association management and communications company with locations throughout the United States, Europe and Beijing. As a communications coordinator for the Kellen Company’s Atlanta Office, I managed social media and email communications on behalf of the International Flight Services Association (IFSA), the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC), the Association of Fund-Raising Distributors and Suppliers, the Calorie Control Council and more. Additional highlights from my role as a coordinator included copywriting bylines covering the GDPR transition on behalf of the Vice President of Meetings and Expositions, Phelps Hope, interviewing and drafting monthly spotlight articles on behalf of the ABGC, and project managing the development of trade show programming/collateral for the 2019 IFSA EXPO.
